Cabin Kitchen + Bar is where prairie winters, Okanagan summers, and coastal influences come together on one table. Built on the food I grew up on—and the food I still love today—Cabin is meant to feel like stepping into my home. A place where the fire is warm, the drinks are thoughtful, and the ingredients come from the friends and makers who shape this region.

Our menu leans into the heart of Canadian comfort: Alberta beef and bison from the plains, vegetables grown in our valley soil, seafood landed on our coastlines, and cheeses, ciders, beers, wines, and spirits crafted by people I’ve known and worked with for years.

These aren’t just suppliers—they’re neighbours, collaborators, and friends.

Whether you’re here after a long ski day, settling in with family, celebrating something special, or just stopping by for a quiet drink at the bar, Cabin is designed to feel personal. Familiar. A little nostalgic. And always welcoming.
